1. Prologue: The Nature of Magical Exchanges

Within the enchanted halls of Paladin Studio Books, every purchase, download, and donation fuels the forging of new tales, the summoning of illustrations, and the crafting of wondrous tomes. This Scroll explains when gold may be returned to its bearer and when the enchantment is sealed for good.

By offering your coin or support, you agree to the terms of this magical decree.

2. Donations to the Realm

Donations are sacred offerings that help keep the creative fires burning.

• All donations are final, bound by ancient spellcraft.

• However, the Council of Paladins may reverse a donation if:

  • A duplicate charge was accidentally conjured

  • A technical mishap occurred during the offering ritual

Such requests must be sent within 14 days of the event, before the moon cycles too far.

No refunds may be granted for intentional offerings or supporter rewards already bestowed.

3. Digital Tomes & Arcane Downloads

Digital goods — e‑books, scrolls, PDFs, enchanted files, and other instantly delivered creations — are conjured directly into your possession.

Because they cannot be “un‑summoned,” all digital sales are final unless:

• The file arrives corrupted by gremlins

• The download spell fails

• You receive the wrong item due to a glitch in the arcane conduits

In such cases, we shall either restore the correct file or return your coin at our discretion.

4. Physical Artifacts (If Offered)

Should the realm offer physical books or merchandise:

Refunds or replacements may be granted if:

• The item arrives damaged by rogue dragons or careless couriers

• The wrong artifact is delivered

• A piece of your order mysteriously vanishes

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery and accompanied by visual proof (a simple image will suffice — no scrying orb required).

Refunds cannot be granted for buyer’s remorse or minor imperfections that do not hinder the artifact’s purpose.

5. Preorders of Yet‑Unwritten Legends

Preorders for upcoming works may be canceled for a full refund any time before the item is delivered.

Once the tome has been released into your hands (digital or physical), the standard rules of the realm apply.

6. Payment Spells & Banking Sorcery

If your bank or payment provider shows:

• Unauthorized enchantments

• Failed transactions

• Suspicious or lingering charges

Send word to us at once. We will work with the payment wizards to resolve the disturbance.

7. How to Request a Reversal of Coin

To petition for a refund, send a message through the contact portal at paladinstudiobooks.com including:

• Your name

• The email used during the transaction

• Your order number or transaction ID

• A brief recounting of the issue

A member of the Paladin Council will respond within 3–5 business days.

8. Amendments to This Scroll

This Scroll may be updated as the realm evolves. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of the Site signifies acceptance of the newest enchantments.
