1. Prologue: The Journey of Your Parcel

At Paladin Studio Books, every tome, print, and enchanted trinket begins its voyage within our humble scriptorium before being entrusted to the Courier Guild. These brave messengers carry your goods across kingdoms near and far.

By placing an order upon paladinstudiobooks.com, you summon the Courier Guild and agree to the terms of their sacred charter.

2. Crafting & Preparation Time

Before any parcel may embark on its quest:

• Each order requires 2–5 business days for crafting, wrapping, blessing, and dispatch.

• During festival seasons, book launches, or magical disturbances, preparation may take a little longer.

• When your parcel leaves our gates, a Raven of Notification (email) will be sent to you.

Digital scrolls or e‑books (if offered) are delivered instantly by arcane means and require no physical courier.

3. Delivery Routes & Estimated Travel Times

Shipping fees are calculated by spellcraft at checkout, based on:

• Your realm and precise coordinates

• The weight and size of your chosen relics

• The delivery method selected

Estimated travel times:

• Domestic Realms (U.S.): 3–10 business days

• Distant Kingdoms (International): 2–6 weeks, depending on customs gates and border wardens

These times are prophecies, not guarantees.

4. Tracking the Quest

Most parcels are assigned a Tracking Sigil. Once your order departs, you will receive this sigil via email, allowing you to follow your parcel’s heroic journey.

Some international routes may not support full tracking, depending on the courier guilds of foreign lands.

5. International Realms & Customs Tributes

We ship to many kingdoms across the world.

Please note:

• Local rulers may demand customs tributes, import taxes, or duties upon arrival.

• These tributes are not included in your purchase and must be paid by the recipient.

• Customs delays may extend your parcel’s journey.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid tributes, shipping fees cannot be refunded.

6. Accuracy of the Summoning Address

To ensure your parcel reaches you:

• You must provide a true and complete address when placing your order.

• If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address—or because it was not claimed—the customer may be asked to pay for reshipment.

The Courier Guild cannot deliver to realms unknown.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Lost or Delayed Quests

If your parcel seems to have vanished into the mists:

• Contact us through the enchanted form on paladinstudiobooks.com

• We will consult the courier guilds and attempt to locate the wandering package

Please allow:

• 10 business days for domestic quests

• 30 business days for international quests before requesting an investigation.

Damaged Relics

If your parcel arrives battered from battle:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery

• Include images of the damage and packaging We will work with you to replace the item or find another honorable solution.

8. Pre‑Order Relics

For items not yet forged:

• Estimated release and dispatch dates will be listed on the product page

• Orders containing both pre‑order and ready‑to‑ship items may be sent together unless otherwise stated

If the forging timeline changes, a Raven of Notification will be sent.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds follow the laws set forth in our Refund Policy. Please consult that scroll for eligibility and instructions.
